In the fall of 1998, John was seeking a local wedding directory to list his DJ business. What existed at that time were a series of large national sites that John felt didn't provide the type of personal attention to his preferred market.

So he created South Shore Weddings.com and launched it on Valentines Day 1999 to widespread acclaim. Since that time, South Shore Weddings.com has grown to become the area's leading wedding website directory. For a time, John remained a busy wedding DJ with a side interest in website design.

After several local wedding businesses contacted John to design their websites for listing on South Shore Weddings.com, he realized the potential in expanding his website design business. Launching a couple more web-based businesses and growing those sites to realize profitable success, John retired from the wedding DJ business in 2006 to focus more of his efforts on website design and other business ventures. He has since sold South Shore Weddings.com but remains in touch with the new owner in an advisory capacity.

John, a parishioner at Holy Family Church in Rockland, believes that many churches and small businesses have considered adding a professional website but may be turned off by what they think is a long, daunting and expensive process with which they have little or no knowledge, control or ability.

John works with them to affordably get them online, handles the details to create accounts, design and launch websites, and keep them online and generating activity with their parishioners and customers.
